Job Summary

Crest Ventures Limited is looking for an experienced and dynamic Purchase Manager to lead procurement operations for residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in vendor management, contract finalization, material procurement, and cost optimization within the construction industry. This role requires a proactive professional who can ensure timely procurement of quality materials and services while maintaining project budgets and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for construction projects.
• Handle vendor sourcing, negotiations, and contractor finalization.
• Procure construction, MEP, finishing, and interior materials.
• Prepare purchase orders, comparative statements, and procurement reports.
• Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure timely material delivery.
• Develop cost-effective procurement strategies while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with procurement policies.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of construction materials and vendor management.
• Excellent negotiation and commercial skills.
• Experience in procurement, contracts, and supply chain management.
• Good coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement documentation preferred.
