Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Operations Executive to oversee and optimise our warehouse management and supply chain processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the daily order processing, order dispatch report preparation, GRN of goods, efficient storage, handling, and distribution of goods.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare order data working for efficient order dispatching on daily basis
• Perform GRN for incoming stock and inventory updates in the system
• Coordinate with sourcing team for the timely receipt & dispatch of stock in warehouse
• Liaise with logistic partners to resolve any shipment-related issues promptly.
• Execute various operational tasks in the warehouse to support business requirements effectively.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (CX, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to optimise operational workflows and achieve business goals.

Skills / Personality Traits:

• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel to create order data working and manage data effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly grasp new processes and methods.
• Results-oriented with a proven ability to work independently and deliver under minimal supervision.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in E-commerce warehouse/order processing operations or account management, preferably within the fashion/apparel/lifestyle sector.
• Experience with Zoho inventory, Shopify or similar platforms is a plus.
