POSITION OVERVIEW
Genient Technologies, a precision genomics and molecular diagnostics company, seeks a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator & Sales Coordinator to bridge internal operations with external client relationships. You will serve as the critical liaison ensuring seamless communication, follow-ups, and coordination across departments and with clients, enabling Genient’s strategic growth in clinical genomics, NGS diagnostics, and specialized molecular testing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Act as the primary coordination hub between internal teams (Sales, Operations, Lab, Finance) and external clients, partners, and vendors
• Manage client follow-ups, ensure timely responses to inquiries, and maintain comprehensive communication logs
• Prepare and maintain detailed sales trackers, client databases, and project pipelines in Excel with advanced formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards
• Coordinate appointment scheduling, sample collection logistics, and event management
• Draft professional correspondence, quotations, and follow-up communications with fluent spoken and written English
• Support conference planning and trade show coordination, including booth setup, materials, and attendee tracking
• Generate periodic reports on client interactions, sales metrics, and operational metrics using Excel analytics
• Manage office administration including scheduling, documentation, compliance records, and vendor coordination
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline); background in life sciences, healthcare, or business operations preferred
• 3+ years of administrative, operations, or sales coordination experience in biotech, diagnostics, or life sciences
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel: advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization, dashboards, and VBA preferred
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interfacing with all organizational levels
• Proficient in CRM systems or sales tracking tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM preferred)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and proactively identify improvements
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
• Familiarity with life science research diagnostics, genomics, NGS, or molecular biology terminology
• Experience with event coordination or conference management
• Hindi language proficiency (conversational or fluent)
WORK LOCATION & SCHEDULE
Location: Genient Technologies, Noida, Sector 36, Uttar Pradesh
Work Hours: Fixed daytime schedule (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility for client timezones)
Travel: Occasional domestic and international travel for conferences, trade shows, and client meetings (estimated 5–10% annually)
