DTA Cum Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Should have proper knowledge and must have handled export shipments from Execution of export shipments to final export.

Coordination with all execution departments of exports via logistics, CHAs, email correspondence with local and foreign buyers

Independently handle all Pre and Post shipments export documents.

Good knowledge of Bank forwarding set of documents, Bank Realization certificates, follow up with export realization and other bank related work.

Should have knowledge of Excise Rebate claims, maintaining proper records, getting rebate claims from Central Excise, Opening of Bonds , Execution , maintaining bond balance, Proof of Exports,

Shoud maintain proper records, Liaison work with all CHAs , freight forwarders, Central Excise and shipping lines for smooth sailing of export shipments.

Smooth handling of export and imports shipments, Documentations, BL release, Bank submission documents, negotiation with Freight Forwarders ,booking containers, LCL shipments, and CHAS for efficient and smooth shipments. Certificate of Origin, GSP, GST Proof of exports, and maintaining records for the same. Purchase orders, Local sales etc., import costing- MIS reporting.

Generating all export Reports, Weekly, MIS reports

Pay: ₹500,000.00 per year
