Parman is building a sharper, more modern world for sterling silver jewellery — rooted in luxury, street style, and everyday self-expression.

We are looking for a Creative Marketing Generalist — Trainee to work closely with the Marketing Head across creative ideation, brand execution, market research, product marketing, merchandising, campaigns, and project coordination.

This role is suited for someone with strong taste, sharp thinking, and a serious interest in fashion, jewellery, luxury brands, and digital-first marketing.

Role Overview

You will help move brand and marketing projects from idea to execution.

This includes preparing briefs, coordinating with writers, designers, art directors, AI designers, photographers, creators, and other stakeholders, collecting feedback, tracking approvals, and ensuring projects move smoothly and stay on-brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Ideate campaign concepts, product stories, brand angles, and creative directions
• Prepare clear briefs for writers, designers, art directors, AI designers, photographers, creators, and other stakeholders
• Coordinate projects end-to-end — from brief to feedback, approvals, and final execution
• Research jewellery, fashion, luxury, lifestyle, and e-commerce brands
• Analyse competitors, campaigns, websites, product launches, social media, ads, and influencer activity
• Support product marketing, merchandising strategy, collection themes, bestseller angles, and website/campaign edits
• Assist with ideas for social media, reels, ads, influencer campaigns, launches, and seasonal campaigns
• Build moodboards, reference decks, research summaries, and visual direction notes
• Work closely with the Marketing Head to ensure projects stay organised, efficient, and aligned with the brand

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, branding, fashion, luxury, content, design, e-commerce, or related fields
• Prior exposure to fashion, jewellery, beauty, lifestyle, luxury, e-commerce, or premium consumer brands
• Strong sense of aesthetics, copy, design, styling, and visual references
• Good written communication and research skills
• Ability to think creatively and understand what makes a brand feel premium, modern, and culturally relevant
• Comfortable with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Canva, Pinterest, Instagram, and basic project management tools
• Ability to create briefs, moodboards, references, research notes, and campaign direction documents
• Portfolio or past relevant work is mandatory

Bonus Points For

• Experience with Shopify or e-commerce brands
• Ability to create strong moodboards and reference decks
• Familiarity with AI design tools
• Understanding of influencer marketing, social trends, ads, and creator-led campaigns
• Experience working with premium consumer brands
