SAF International is looking for a dedicated and organized Program Coordinator – Operations to manage and oversee the operations of our Gurdaspur branch office and support seva projects across North Punjab.

This role involves coordinating field teams, assisting with project implementation, maintaining communication with staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Gurdaspur branch
• Coordinate seva and community development projects across North Punjab
• Supervise and coordinate field staff, volunteers, and project activities
• Coordinate with local schools, Gurdwaras, vendors, and community leaders
• Maintain reports, operational records, and project documentation
• Write and respond to emails and basic communications in English
• Ensure sponsor/family updates and field information are completed accurately and professionally
• Assist management with operational planning and implementation
• Travel to field locations and project sites when required

Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge is required
• Comfortable using email, Google Docs/Sheets, and online systems
• Basic English communication and email writing skills required
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
• Ability to work independently and with field teams
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time
• Passion for seva and community development work

Preferred Qualifications

• Preference will be given to Amritdhari candidates
• Experience working with NGOs, Sikh organizations, or community programs is an asset
• Punjabi and Hindi language skills preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 – ₹27,000.00 per month
