Remote Tele- Sales Executive Full Time NEW

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executives to join our remote sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, confidence in handling customer interactions, and the ability to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls.

Candidates with prior experience in Telecom or Banking sales processes will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
• Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English ,Hindi & Arabic (Preferred).
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and internet handling skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Positive attitude with a sales-oriented mindset.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1–2 years of telesales or telecalling experience preferred.
• Experience in Telecom or Banking sector is an advantage.
• Candidates above 28 years preferred.
• Graduation preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
(Based on experience and performance)
