Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Telecaller. The primary responsibilities include reaching out to potential students, explaining course offerings, addressing inquiries, and persuading them to enroll in our programs. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, maintaining records of interactions, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the experience of prospective students.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including proficient verbal communication and active listening
• Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred
