Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager – Working Capital to drive business growth by managing and expanding relationships with SME / Corporate clients. The role involves sourcing, structuring, and managing working capital solutions while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new SME / Corporate clients for Working Capital finance (CC/OD, Bill Discounting, Trade Finance, etc.)
Manage and deepen existing client relationships to enhance wallet share
Assess client requirements and structure suitable credit solutions
Conduct financial analysis, credit appraisal, and risk assessment
Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for timely sanction & disbursement
Monitor portfolio performance, including utilization, renewals, and compliance
Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements
Identify cross-sell opportunities (Forex, Term Loans, CMS, Insurance, etc.)
Maintain strong market intelligence and competitor awareness
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of Working Capital products and credit processes
Good understanding of financial statements & cash flow analysis
Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
Target-driven with strong business development ability
Good communication and stakeholder management
Qualifications:
Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA Finance preferred)
Relevant experience in Banking / NBFC / Financial Institutions
