Responsibilities
As an Administration Executive, you will play a crucial role in keeping our office running smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the C-Suite to co-ordinate & manage their daily tasks.
- Managing and organizing office files, documents, and records using MS Office.
- Creating presentations and reports in PowerPoint and Word for internal and external meetings.
- Handling correspondence and communication with clients and vendors in English.
- Assisting with HR tasks such as maintaining employee records and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinating office events and meetings, including booking venues and arranging catering.
- Supporting the management team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensuring the office is well-stocked with supplies and equipment for daily operations.
