Job Description: Looking for an L2 Application Support Engineer with strong troubleshooting skills and experience in application support. The role involves diagnosing issues, coordinating across teams, and ensuring incidents are accurately understood, prioritized, and routed to the appropriate teams for resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-depth troubleshooting of application issues and provide timely resolutions or workarounds
Act as a bridge between L1, L3, and other technical teams to ensure smooth issue resolution
Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and ensure correct assignment to relevant teams
Maintain clear documentation of incidents, solutions, and communication
Collaborate with teams supporting integrations and cloud-based services
Requirements:
Experience in application support or production support roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of integrations (APIs, data flows) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple incidents and prioritize effectively
Should have good business acumen
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time
Preferred:
Experience on PAS (Policy Admin system) like FAST will be an added advantage
