Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee end-to-end financial operations of the organization. The role involves managing accounting functions, ensuring statutory compliance, driving financial planning & analysis, and supporting business decision-making through accurate financial insights. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting practices within a manufacturing setup and the ability to lead and streamline financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete accounts payable and receivable functions
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger scrutiny and reconciliations
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and variance analysis for management review
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits
• Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital management
• Implement and strengthen financial controls and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial planning and cost optimization
• Work closely with the Managing Director on financial strategy, planning, and decision-making
• Lead, manage, and mentor the accounts team to drive efficiency, accuracy, and accountability

Qualifications & Requirements

• CA Inter (Mandatory)
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts
• Prior experience in the manufacturing sector (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and auditing
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Tally, and financial tools/software (mandatory)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
