To manage all legal documentation, contracts, title due diligence, approvals, registrations, compliance, project documentation, management advisory, and preventive legal systems.

• Development agreements
• Marketing agency agreements
• Brokerage agreements
• Employment legal contracts
• NDAs

2. Title Due Diligence

• Land title verification
• Search reports
• Chain of documents
• Encumbrance check
• Mutation/property card / CTS review
• Risk note before land acquisition

3. Project Legal Documentation

• MOFA / RERA compliance docs
• Society formation docs
• Conveyance documents
• Customer agreement templates
• Possession letters
• Demand letters legal vetting

4. Registrations & Government Liaison

• Registration office coordination
• Stamp duty guidance
• Power of attorney registration
• Sub-registrar matters

5. Compliance Monitoring

• RERA compliance
• ROC matters (if applicable)
• Labour/legal licenses coordination
• Notices from authorities

6. Management Advisory

• Vet all business decisions legally.
• Preventive risk management.
• Suggest safe commercial structures.

7. Documentation Control

• Central legal repository.
• Soft + hard copy management.
• Renewal tracker.
• Original document custody system.

B. DAILY MANAGEMENT COORDINATION

• Pending agreements requiring signature.
• Risks in deals.
• Land acquisition legal status.
• Registrations pending.
• Customer agreement issues.
• Compliance deadlines.

C. REPORTING SYSTEM

1. Daily:

• Agreements drafted/reviewed
• Registrations done
• Urgent approvals pending

2. Weekly:

• Deal closures supported
• Pending docs list
• Risk alerts

3. Monthly:

• Total agreements executed
• Compliance score
• Land due diligence completed
• Revenue deals supported

E. REQUIRED PROFILE

• LLB mandatory
• 10+ years non-litigation real estate legal experience
• Strong drafting skills
• Land title expertise
• Registration process mastery

• Sit at Head Office.
• Attend management meetings.
• Immediate response on urgent legal matters.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Strong coordination with Sales, CRM, HR, Finance, Projects, Liaison, Admin.
• Protect company brand and interests.
• Practical solution-oriented approach.
