Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support & Infrastructure Executive to manage and support our organization’s IT systems, networks, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations and provide timely technical support to internal teams

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
• Manage LAN/Wi-Fi networks, internet connectivity, and troubleshooting
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, systems, and data security
• Assist in server management, backups, and data protection
• Handle email setup, user accounts, and access controls
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT-related services
• Ensure timely resolution of IT issues and maintain service logs

RequirementsFor Freshers:

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware & networking
• Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, and email configuration
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt
• Good communication skills

For Experienced Candidates (1–2 Years):

• Hands-on experience in IT support / system administration
• Knowledge of network troubleshooting, routers, firewalls
• Experience in system maintenance & IT infrastructure management
• Understanding of data backup and security practices

Technical Skills

• MS Office & basic troubleshooting
• Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN)
• Hardware & software installation
• Basic knowledge of cloud tools (preferred)
