IT Executive – Infrastructure, User Support & Emerging Technologies Full Time NEW

The IT Executive will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT infrastructure and end-user support for employees across the organization. The role involves troubleshooting and maintenance of desktops, laptops, Windows 11 systems, Office365, network devices, firewall connectivity, mobile devices, printers, and video conferencing systems to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with Windows 11 installation and configuration, good communication skills, learning agility, and a service-oriented attitude. The candidate should also be open to adopting new technologies including AI-based tools and automation platforms to improve productivity and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

End User Support

• Provide first-level and second-level technical support to employees.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, email, internet, and application-related issues.
• Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Coordinate with vendors/service providers whenever required.

Windows 11 Administration

• Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows 11 operating systems.
• Perform OS formatting, data backup, restoration, and migration activities.
• Install and configure standard business applications and drivers.
• Maintain endpoint security, antivirus, and system updates.

Network & Connectivity Support

• Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
• Monitor network performance and ensure uptime.
• Support routers, switches, access points, and internet connectivity.
• Coordinate with ISP for internet-related issues.

Firewall & Security Support

• Assist in basic firewall administration and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Support VPN connectivity and user access management.
• Ensure adherence to IT security policies and procedures.

Video Conferencing & Meeting Support

• Set up and support video conferencing systems such as:
• Microsoft Teams
• Zoom
• Google Meet
• Provide meeting room AV support and troubleshoot audio/video issues.

AI & Technology Adoption

• Basic awareness and willingness to learn AI tools and modern IT technologies.
• Support adoption of AI-enabled productivity tools wherever applicable.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, automation tools, and cybersecurity practices.
• Suggest process improvements and technology enhancements for operational efficiency.

Asset & Inventory Management

• Maintain IT asset inventory and allocation records.
• Track hardware/software licenses and warranty details.
• Support procurement and replacement activities.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain service logs and issue resolution records.
• Prepare basic IT support documentation and SOPs.
• Escalate unresolved issues to IT Manager in a timely manner.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 – ₹450,000.00 per year
