Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area for a Jr. Social Media Executive. In this role, you will manage and execute social media strategies to engage targeted audiences. You will be responsible for creating compelling social media content, scheduling posts across various platforms, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics. Collaborating with the marketing team, you’ll play a critical role in developing campaigns that align with the company’s branding and outreach goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Familiarity with Digital Marketing and general Marketing strategies
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Creative mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
