This involves tasks like processing applications, renewals, and cancellations, as well as maintaining accurate member records. The goal is to enhance member satisfaction and retention through excellent customer service and engagement activities. The role may also involve organizing events, communicating benefits, and addressing member inquiries. Effective membership management is crucial for the growth and sustainability of the organization. Coordinate the essential documentation and resources required for the filing of global applications. Understand, manage & process electronic submissions that include original application filings, Life Cycle Management submissions such as CMC, Ad-promos, amendments, annual reports, SPL submissions, etc.

What are we looking for?

• Ability to handle a team of 30 to 35 associates
• Ability to guide Auditors and SMEs to drive operations smoothly.
• Responsible for the team meeting productivity and internal quality targets.
• Responsible for the team meeting client SLA, TAT and KPI targets.
• Ability to drive client saving initiatives.
• Ensure that there are no client escalations and maintain noiseless delivery.
• Be proactive in foreseeing risks and devise plans to mitigate the same.
• Ensure client driven processes are adhered to by team members.
• Actively participate in client calls.
• Learn continuously and keep upgrading the domain/industry knowledge.
• Ensure operations are run through OE methods.
• Responsible for process improvement/control by identifying process gaps.
• Ensure that monthly scorecard discussions are conducted.
• Ensure frequent meetings with the team members and address their grievances in a timely manner.
• Maintain high motivation and engagement level within the team.
• Meet all the set objectives both individually as well as for his/her designated team.
• Meet the attrition goals set by the organization.
