Job Title: Senior Transition Manager – Manufacturing & Supply (Pharma)

Location: Hyderabad, India (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

🔹 About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Transition Manager to lead end-to-end transition programs within Manufacturing & Supply Chain functions for pharmaceutical operations. This role will focus on due diligence, transition planning, and execution within a GCC/Shared Services environment, ensuring seamless migration and stabilization of processes.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transition lifecycle (Due Diligence → Knowledge Transfer → Go-Live → Stabilization)
• Manage transitions across pharma Manufacturing & Supply functions including procurement, planning, logistics, and quality operations
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across business, operations, and shared services
• Develop and execute transition plans, risk mitigation strategies, and governance frameworks
• Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical compliance and regulatory standards
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization post-transition
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment

🔹 Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in transition management within GCCs/SSCs
• Strong experience in pharmaceutical Manufacturing & Supply Chain functions
• Proven track record in leading global transition projects end-to-end
• Solid project/program management experience
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pharma or life sciences industry
• PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent certification
• Experience in Shared Services or Global Capability Centers (GCC)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
