Associate / Senior Associate Marketing Manager Role at Infosys

An integral part of the Communications, Media and Technology (CMT) industry marketing team at Infosys, this role reports into the marketing leader for CMT. In this multi-faceted role, the candidate will support marketing activities across all geographies for the Communications, Media and Technology industries to improve perception/relationship with key stakeholders (clients, prospects, analysts, partners, deal advisors etc.) and drive demand generation using multi-channel campaigns.

Location – Bangalore Only

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Drive brand awareness, engagement and demand generation by leveraging marketing channels (digital, PR, events, advocacy, thought leadership etc.) and agencies effectively through a campaign-led approach.
• Conduct market and competitive research around Communications, Media and Technology industries, key clients and prospects.
• Stay updated on best practices and industry trends in digital marketing, implementing them as needed to enhance campaign effectiveness and business impact. Recommend process improvements for more effective campaigns.
• Identify and nurture relationships with key influencers (deal advisors, analysts, etc.) and partners (technology partners, trade publications, industry bodies etc.) to drive share-of-voice, endorsements and joint go-to-market campaigns.
• Support account-based marketing and deal-based marketing programs.
• Build and manage relationships across internal marketing ecosystem and agencies for research, content creation, design and production, promotion, metrics tracking and reporting.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders including unit leaders, sales team and subject matter experts for driving effective executive sponsorship, deep account intelligence, marketing program support and advocacy, and thought leadership.
• Ensure compliance with brand, digital, privacy, security, legal and operations process guidelines.

To qualify, candidates must possess:
