And Shaadi by jüSTa is our weddings and celebrations vertical. Together we cover leisure, luxury, nature, urban, and wedding travel across the country.
About the Role
You will own how our five brands are positioned, packaged, and experienced across every touchpoint., with a strong focus on partnerships, alliances, and marketing programs. And you will create the campaigns and programs that keep our guests coming back.

What You Will Do
Brand Identity and Management
Own and evolve brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity across all four brands. Brief and review creative output across digital, social, print, and on-property collateral. Ensure brand consistency across every guest touchpoint from the first Instagram impression to the check-in experience.
Campaigns and Experiential Marketing
Conceptualise and execute brand campaigns across seasons, occasions, and destinations. Develop destination-led storytelling, cultural associations, and experiential moments that go beyond traditional advertising. Drive social media brand narratives in coordination with the digital team.
Offers, Packaging, and Marketing Programs
Develop and package brand offers, seasonal promotions, curated stay experiences, and special interest programs in collaboration with revenue and operations teams. Build marketing programs around memberships, loyalty, and long-stay offers that drive repeat business and direct bookings. Create guest engagement initiatives across the pre-stay, in-stay, and post-stay journey.
Partnerships and Alliances
Identify, pitch, and close brand alliances across luxury, lifestyle, wellness, travel, F&B, and premium consumer categories with a clear focus on driving direct website bookings and reducing OTA dependence. Build partnerships with banks, credit card companies, fintech platforms, and loyalty programs to create exclusive offers and co-branded promotions that incentivise guests to book directly. Develop wedding and celebration alliances under Shaadi by jüSTa covering bridal, gifting, honeymoon, and luxury services. Build relationships with creators, cultural platforms, and travel influencers with briefs oriented around direct enquiries and website conversions
What We Are Looking For
You have 5 or more years of experience in brand management, marketing, or partnerships, ideally within hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, or experience led categories. You bring a strong creative sensibility paired with commercial thinking and the ability to write briefs, develop campaigns, and execute across channels with minimal hand-holding. You have an existing network in premium consumer, travel, wellness, or lifestyle categories. You are comfortable working across multiple brands simultaneously without losing focus or diluting quality on any of them. You genuinely care about the guest experience, not just the marketing metrics around it.
