Job Description

• Help our trainers and coaches generate qualified leads via social media ads
• Manage email marketing for trainers and coaches
• Managing Search Engine Optimisation, Social Media Optimization of trainers’ websites in coordination with the content marketing team, and design team
• Study competitors’ strategies and fine-tune our strategy
• Help coaches market their courses, and books and grow their community.
• Facebook private group management.
• Respond to queries and requests from FB group, Trustpilot or Google Reviews.
• Online reputation management.
• Interact with trainers and coaches to understand their niche and target market.
• Craft powerful call to action with ad copies for different ad sets.
• Run A-B testing and optimize ads for a lean budget – google ads, LinkedIn ads, FB, and Instagram ads.
• Ability to write content in simple, conversational English for Social Media Management.
• Create content for Quora and other forums for running traffic into various landing pages.
• Design content for landing pages.
• Build and maintain the Google My Business page for local SEO.
• Should be able to evaluate every piece of content created by the content team and make sure they are error-free, 100% original & with proper grammar and punctuation (this is non-negotiable)
• Create ad sets for Video content marketing
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing content
• Find and target audience (micro-market) based on the customer persona
• Maintain YouTube channel & give new content suggestions to coaches based on analytics
• Execute content marketing strategy in a cross-functional environment including email, Whatsapp, and other audience retention initiatives to maximize web traffic, revenue, and other goals as defined by the trainer’s community
• Advanced knowledge of Social Media Marketing and Ads

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with good English language competency
• Various forms of online education, certificates and experience will be considered

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive, or as a marketing expert

• Ability to collaborate and build relationships with trainers and coaches
• Problem-solving with a serving mentality
• Provide value upfront
• Content creation capabilities textual & video production.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Docs & Zoom.
• Your CV should be error-free and carefully worded.
• Keyword harvesting tools like Google Keyword Planner, AlsoAsked, Answerthepublic etc.
