Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Recruiter based in Noida. The Sr. US IT Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. The candidate will focus on identifying and hiring high-quality IT professionals for positions across the United States and building strong client relationships to meet recruitment objectives. They will utilize technical recruiting strategies, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Max 4 Year of experience is required
• Strong expertise in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting
• Experience in sourcing, assessing, and engaging top talent
• Knowledge of recruitment tools, strategies, and platforms
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience with US IT staffing or global talent acquisition is preferred
