Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads regularly
Present company products (FMCG / Agro products) to global clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM/Excel
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and documentation
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
