About Us Hello Teacher Academy (HTA) is a growing online tutoring academy offering one-on-one sessions to students worldwide across IGCSE, IB, A-Level, GCSE, VCE, and Australian Curriculum. We’re a small, focused team and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

About the Role We’re looking for a smart, organised, and self-driven Operations & Growth Assistant. This is a generalist role you’ll support teacher sourcing, social media, client communication, and day-to-day admin. We’re especially open to former teachers or educators who are stepping back from full-time teaching and want to contribute to an education business in a behind-the-scenes capacity.

What You’ll Do

• Source and shortlist teacher candidates from job portals
• Screen applications, schedule interviews, and conduct initial interviews with teacher candidates
• Manage HTA’s marketing
• Setup email and WhatsApp campaigns using AI
• Support the team with day-to-day admin and follow-ups
• Take on ad-hoc tasks as the business grows

Who We’re Looking For

• Any graduate — a background in education or teaching is a strong advantage
• Former teachers or tutors looking to transition into an operations/support role are highly encouraged to apply
• Clear, confident spoken English.
• Comfortable conducting interviews and assessing candidates independently
• Strong written English
• Comfortable with Google Workspace and WhatsApp Business
• Organised, reliable, and self-driven
• Bonus: Canva or social media content creation experience
