Server Administrator Full Time NEW

We are looking for a skilled 1+ year experience Server Administrator responsible for securing fintech systems, managing internal servers and networks, and handling employee IT infrastructure including laptops, email, and access controls. The role requires a strong focus on security, reliability, and system availability.

Key Responsibilities

System & Server Management

• Install, configure, monitor, and maintain local servers (Windows/Linux).
• Ensure high availability, performance, and regular backups of servers.
• Manage system updates, patches, and security fixes.

Fintech System Security

• Implement and maintain security controls to protect fintech systems and sensitive data.
• Monitor systems for vulnerabilities, breaches, and suspicious activities.
• Enforce access control policies and compliance with internal security standards.

Employee IT & Access Management

• Handle employee system setup including laptops, official email accounts, and required software.
• Install required software: Node.js, VS Code, Git, Postman, Database tools, Antivirus
• Manage user access rights for systems, applications, and internal tools.
• Perform onboarding and offboarding IT activities (access provisioning and revocation).

Network Management

• Manage and monitor internal networks, LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot network issues and ensure secure connectivity.
• Maintain network documentation and configurations.

Support & Maintenance

• Provide technical support for system, server, and network-related issues.
• Maintain IT asset inventory (laptops, servers, network devices).
• Ensure data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery readiness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server administration.
• Experience in network management (LAN, firewalls, routing).
• Understanding of IT security best practices, access control, and data protection.
• Experience with email systems, endpoint security, and system monitoring.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, server, and network issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in server administration and fintech or banking environments is added advantage.
• Knowledge of compliance, audits, and security frameworks.
• Basic scripting or automation skills.
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per year
