Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive strategic growth, build meaningful client relationships, and contribute to expanding ONEDIGITAL’s presence within the luxury architecture and interior design ecosystem.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, agency experience, commercial understanding, and the ability to manage relationships with architects, designers, developers, luxury brands, and decision-makers.

This role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can independently manage business conversations, lead generation, pitching, and account growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across architecture, interior design, luxury, real estate, and premium lifestyle sectors
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, product brands, and industry stakeholders
• Lead client acquisition efforts through networking, outreach, meetings, and presentations
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal strategy, creative, PR, and marketing teams to develop customized proposals
• Prepare pitch decks, presentations, commercial proposals, and business development strategies
• Manage end-to-end sales discussions, negotiations, and onboarding processes
• Represent ONEDIGITAL at industry events, exhibitions, launches, and networking forums
• Collaborate closely with leadership on growth strategies and market expansion initiatives
• Maintain strong follow-up systems and relationship management practices
• Contribute towards revenue growth and long-term client partnerships

Key Requirements

• Prior experience in Business Development, Client Servicing, Sales, Partnerships, or Growth roles
• Experience working in Real Estate, Luxury, Architecture, Interior Design, Advertising, Marketing, Media, or related industries is strongly preferred
• Previous agency experience is highly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Professional maturity with a solution-oriented and ownership-driven mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple teams and projects
• Bangalore-based candidates or candidates willing to relocate will be preferred
