Key Responsibilities:
● Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across logistics and supply chain
solutions
● Lead enterprise sales and develop new business opportunities across key industries
● Build and manage key client relationships, ensuring high retention and account growth
● Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies and sales plans
● Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team
● Manage P&L responsibilities, pricing strategies, and commercial negotiations
● Collaborate with operations, product, and finance teams to ensure seamless service
delivery
● Track sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics
● Identify market trends, competition, and new growth opportunities
Key Requirements:
● 10–15+ years of experience in logistics/supply chain / 3PL sales
● Strong experience in enterprise/B2B sales and key account management
● Proven track record of achieving high revenue targets and business growth
● Experience in managing large teams and cross-functional stakeholders
● Strong understanding of warehousing, transportation, and eCommerce logistics
● Excellent skills in negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management
● MBA or equivalent preferred
Preferred Skills:
● Experience in SaaS/logistics tech platforms
● Exposure to D2C, B2B, B2C supply chain models
● Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
