Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior IT Professional to lead and manage our IT operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership experience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role requires someone who is innovative, collaborative, and capable of handling both strategic and operational IT responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the IT team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Oversee server management, maintenance, and security
• Handle cloud storage systems, including setup, monitoring, and optimization
• Lead website development and maintenance initiatives
• Troubleshoot IT issues across software and hardware systems
• Ensure timely resolution of technical problems and minimize downtime
• Implement and maintain IT policies, systems, and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational needs
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing IT teams
• Strong knowledge of servers, cloud infrastructure, and website development
• Hands-on experience in IT troubleshooting (software and hardware)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to adapt to new ideas and technologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cybersecurity practices
• Familiarity with multiple operating systems and network infrastructure
• Project management experience is a plus

Pay: ₹21,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
