Data expert for Amazon related order transactions

This is a full-time remote position for a Data Expert for Amazon Related Order Transactions from the Amazon payment reports . The Data Expert will be responsible for handling, analyzing, and processing data related to Amazon order transactions. The Data Expert will work with tools like Excel, Microsoft Access , to extract, transform, and analyze data to provide meaningful insights and recommendations to the business. The Data Expert will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve any discrepancy’s and provide customized solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis: Analyze and import large sets of Amazon order transactions data into current ERP to convert to invoices .

2. Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of Amazon order data through regular audits and data validation processes.

3. Reporting: Generate and present reports to management, highlighting key trends, and areas for improvement.

4. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Management , Operations, reconciliation, shipments, inventory.

5. Automation: Work with existing company tools to covert orders to invoices in a streamline matter.Identify opportunities for automation in data and reporting to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

Prior amazon related data experience a must.

Experience with data analysis, data mining, and data visualization.

Strong proficiency with Excel, access, Google sheets, Knowledge in SQL will be a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹250.00 – ₹300.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
