Role Purpose
The Regional Sales Director – India is responsible for driving Taoglas’ overall sales strategy and revenue growth across the Indian market. This leadership role focuses on building a robust sales pipeline, developing strategic customer relationships, and expanding Taoglas’ presence with large OEMs, carriers, system integrators, and other key customers.
The role includes direct management of a national sales team of three covering all regions of India, as well as oversight and performance management of multiple channel partners and authorized distributors. The Regional Sales Director will play a critical role in shaping go-to-market strategy, identifying new growth opportunities, and positioning Taoglas as a trusted long-term partner.
