Are you a seasoned manufacturing leader ready to take charge of large-scale operations in the diagnostics and medical devices space? This is a senior leadership opportunity to drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth.

🌟 What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end plant operations: production, maintenance, utilities, warehousing, and dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, GMP, and CDSCO standards.
• Develop and execute production plans, optimizing workforce and equipment utilization.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and RCA initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets, operational expenses, and capital expenditure with a focus on cost optimization.
• Drive EHS standards to maintain a zero-accident workplace.
• Collaborate with leadership to expand manufacturing capacity and support new product launches.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Production) or Biotechnology/Pharmacy; Master’s/MBA preferred.
• 15–20+ years of manufacturing experience, with at least 3–5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Strong technical expertise in IVD manufacturing, rapid diagnostic kit production, and documentation (BMR, SOP, Change Control).
• Proven ability to lead large teams and foster a performance-driven culture.
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
