Junior Executive – HR – Full Time

Position will be responsible to execute, manage and support Payroll department in handling payroll activities and record keeping. Incumbent should have hands on exposure in managing activities of payroll.

ORGANISATION CHART

Key Accountabilities

• Assist in monthly payroll processing for employees.
• Maintain employee payroll records and master data.
• Capture attendance, leave, OT, and LOP details
• Preparing bank letters, manual printouts and scans
• Supporting Form 16 and Year end activities
• Verify salary components, deductions, and reimbursements
• Assist with statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, TDS)
• Support payroll audits and reconciliations
• Work and settle the F&Fs – C&B clearance of the exited employees
• Processing of Sodexo gift voucher cards, invoice uploads and DP ID generation
• Working on Sodexo framework Pos Budget, PRs and Pos from CPD team
• Adherence to payroll SOP while processing the payroll

Not limited to the above mentioned any other assigned tasks should be executed.

Reports: –

• Prepare database/MIS reports pertaining to Payroll and F&F.

Consolidation of weekly/Monthly MIS/Report pertaining to paryoll.

Education Qualifications

• Masters in HR / IR & Administration /MSW /PG Diploma in HR

Relevant Experience

• 1 – 3 years & above experience in HR function in BPO, Retail, IT or Infrastructure sector
