Role Description

We’re hiring an AI Delivery Executive. This is a full-time, remote role for someone who is fast with AI tools (especially Claude), can follow a process precisely, and can own client deliveries end-to-end.

This is not a developer role. This is not a traditional account manager role.

You’ll be the operational core of how we deliver for clients. Once the system is set up, you run it — QC the outputs, manage project timelines, and handle client communication alongside the founder. You buy us 15–20 hours a week back immediately. In return, you get direct access to the founder, fast growth, and a front-row seat to how AI-powered businesses actually operate.

What you’ll own

• Running the AI delivery pipeline using structured Claude skill systems
• QC-ing every output before it reaches the client, we prefer taste & judgment, not just execution
• Managing timelines and communications across active client projects
• Joining client calls, taking notes, and handling follow-ups
• Flagging what’s breaking in the process and helping improve it

What we’re looking for

• 1–2 years in digital, content, ops, or account management
• Proven, active use of AI tools — you use them without being told to
• Ability to spot when AI output is wrong, incomplete, or off-brand
• Comfortable being on client calls with the founder in the room
• Highly organised, strong follow-through, fast learner

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required if your work speaks for itself.

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on experience.

Reviewed at 3 months. Performance bonuses on client retention.
