Role Description
At Teen Theory Global Education, we have in-house specialised support and training for students targeting all kinds of majors, from CS to the visual arts to business and economics and more.
We’re looking for an AI Curriculum Designer to design the curriculum that powers our AI programs for preparing prospective CS and AI applicants for Ivy League university applications. What you build will be taught to hundreds of students across India and the world.
This is a contractual role for someone with strong technical AI/ML expertise who can translate complex concepts into engaging, project-based learning experiences for high school students.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging, project-based AI curriculum for students in Grades 8 to 12, aligned with our pedagogy.
- Build modules spanning foundations of AI, Python, ML, LLM APIs, RAG, and AI agents
- Design assessments across the curriculum.
Who We’re Looking For
- Most importantly – someone excited to prepare the next generation for a post-AI world
- 1–2 years of professional experience in a technical role (AI Engineer / ML Engineer / SDE / SWE / Technical PM, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with Python, ML, building RAG models, AI agents, etc.
- Track record of building AI projects for personal use.
- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to take feedback and improve quickly.
- Prior experience in curriculum design, content creation, teaching, or mentoring is a nice-to-have.
