Data collation and MIS generation

• Develop and in-depth knowledge of processes and Systems especially of Ingenium and support systems (Ingenium, Receipt writer, AMS, Talisma, SQL, CMS, Web etc) used by BSLI to provide innovative solutions to MIS requirements of channel partners and sales.
• Collate and ensure every regular MIS requirement of sales and channel partners are met.
• Perform base-level analytics towards providing value-added business analysis to channel partners and sales teams
• Ensure data confidentiality as per defined norms
• Ensure daily updating / correction of sales person codes & ensuring monthly confirmation from sales teams on the same.

Responding to ad-hoc requirements from sales teams and channel partners

• Ensure timely response to sales teams and channel partners on ad-hoc MIS requirements
• Keep track of and proactively respond to frequently asked ad-hoc MIS.

Support automation and process improvements

• Create relevant macros, SQL queries and other automation capabilities
• Regularly modify & update SQL Queries maintaining database of frequently used queries.
• Put in place control checks to ensure process compliance.
• Ensure required document for automation projects to ensure that business requirements are adequately captured.
• Work with the IT / Sales Automation team to ensure timely development of the systems
• Conduct system testing and UAT to ensure requirements have been incorporated fully.
• Provide feedback on system / automations for improvement.
