IT Governance Manager / Infrastructure Compliance Analyst Full Time

The IT Governance Manager / Infrastructure Compliance Analyst is responsible for overseeing IT governance frameworks, infrastructure compliance programs, and operational risk management initiatives to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient technology operations. This role focuses on IT policies, regulatory compliance, infrastructure governance, cybersecurity coordination, and audit readiness while supporting enterprise technology standards and business continuity objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and managing IT governance frameworks, compliance policies, and infrastructure control procedures
• Monitoring IT compliance KPIs, infrastructure risk indicators, audit findings, and operational governance metrics
• Conducting compliance assessments, infrastructure reviews, and risk evaluations across IT environments
• Collaborating with cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, operations, legal, and executive teams on governance initiatives
• Supporting regulatory compliance activities related to ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, NIST, or other governance standards
• Managing audit preparation, control documentation, policy reviews, and compliance reporting activities
• Ensuring adherence to security controls, access governance, disaster recovery procedures, and operational standards
• Preparing governance reports, compliance analysis, and strategic recommendations for leadership review
• Driving process improvement, governance optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives across IT functions
• Supporting vendor risk management, third-party assessments, and technology governance activities
• Managing incident reporting, escalation processes, and compliance remediation initiatives where required
• Staying updated on emerging regulatory requirements, cybersecurity trends, and enterprise governance best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, ISO 27001, COBIT, or equivalent are advantageous
• 4–10 years of experience in IT governance, infrastructure compliance, cybersecurity operations, or technology risk management roles
• Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks, compliance standards, and infrastructure risk management methodologies
• Experience supporting audits, compliance reviews, policy management, and operational governance activities
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, enterprise infrastructure environments, and cybersecurity technologies is advantageous
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple governance priorities and operational initiatives effectively
• Experience in banking, healthcare, SaaS, fintech, telecommunications, logistics, or multinational enterprise environments is an advantage
