Job Description

We are looking for a social media-savvy professional who is well-versed in the latest social media trends and strategies, knows the game, and is confident in creating engaging video content. He/she should know how to drive engagement on all social media platforms. This role involves growing the social media department and managing existing clients with the team.

If you are good in front of camera and can make a good content then only apply. If you are making content for your Instagram then it’s a plus.

Role & Responsibilities

• Ideate, strategize, and publish engaging content across company and client social media handles to drive growth and engagement.
• Create and execute social media content and marketing calendars.
• Develop impactful business proposals and visually appealing PPTs.
• Build and scale the social media department by leveraging tools and technology.
• Experience in handling and executing Influencer Marketing campaigns 
• Stay updated on AI tools and emerging social media technologies.
• Plan, design, and implement high-impact campaigns to enhance brand visibility and user engagement.
• Work closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and business teams to achieve campaign goals.
• Analyze past performance and market insights to drive data-driven strategies.
• Confidently appear on camera to create engaging content (short-form, explainer videos, reels, etc.).
• Develop a robust influencer marketing strategy, curating a diverse pool of relevant influencers.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics like awareness, engagement, and traffic.
• Collaborate effectively with partner agencies for timely and quality output.
• Train teams on evolving social media trends and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• 02 years of experience in Content Creation, social media marketing + influencer marketing + campaign planning.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Creative thinker with a knack for generating innovative ideas.
• Proficiency in analytics to evaluate and improve social media performance.
• Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong command over video content creation (long-form, short-form, and explainers).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
