About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Performance Marketing Executive to support digital growth through paid campaigns, audience targeting, and campaign optimization. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career candidates who understand digital platforms and want hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, campaign strategy, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google
• Monitor ad performance including CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and conversions
• Support audience research, competitor analysis, and targeting strategies
• Help create ad copies, campaign briefs, and creative ideas
• Track campaign performance using UTM links, dashboards, and reports
• Optimize campaigns based on budget, audience behavior, and performance trends
• Coordinate with creative/content teams for ad assets
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform updates

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads / Google Ads
• Interest in digital marketing, paid campaigns, and lead generation
• Analytical mindset with attention to numbers and performance metrics
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets
• Understanding of UTM, CPC, CTR, or willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or certification in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing is a plus
• Google Ads or Meta certification (optional but preferred)
