We are now looking for a dynamic, experienced, and highly creative Creative Team Leader – Graphic Designer to lead our creative department and elevate the quality of visual communication across all client and internal projects.
Role Overview
As the Creative Team Leader – Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for leading the agency’s creative vision across branding, digital campaigns, social media, motion graphics, video content, and marketing communication.
This is a senior-level leadership role that requires a strong balance of creative direction, team management, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution. You will work closely with clients, marketing strategists, content creators, editors, and business teams to conceptualize and execute compelling visual experiences that strengthen brand identity and drive engagement.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, understands modern design trends, and has proven experience managing a multidisciplinary creative team including graphic designers, motion graphic artists, and video editors.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership & Strategy
Lead and supervise the complete creative department including graphic designers, motion graphic artists, video editors, and creative executives
Develop innovative visual concepts and campaign strategies aligned with brand goals and client expectations
Ensure all creative output maintains high-quality standards, consistency, and brand identity
Translate marketing objectives into powerful visual storytelling and impactful campaign creatives
Drive creative brainstorming sessions and inspire fresh, trend-driven ideas
Graphic Design & Branding
Design high-quality creatives for digital campaigns, social media, websites, advertisements, presentations, pitch decks, and branding materials
Create and maintain strong visual identities for brands across multiple platforms
Develop logos, packaging concepts, brand guidelines, and marketing collateral
Ensure all designs are optimized for both digital and print mediums
Motion Graphics & Video Direction
Oversee video editing and motion graphics projects for social media, advertising campaigns, reels, brand films, and promotional content
Guide the team in creating engaging animations, transitions, typography, and visual effects
Collaborate with video editors and content teams to deliver high-performing video creatives
Understand current social media trends and short-form video formats for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Team Management
Manage workflow, deadlines, and resource allocation within the creative team
Mentor junior designers and creatives while encouraging innovation and skill development
Conduct creative reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain excellence
Foster a collaborative, positive, and performance-driven work culture
Client Coordination & Project Execution
Interact with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and brand positioning
Present concepts, creative directions, and campaign ideas confidently
Coordinate with internal departments including marketing, content, influencer marketing, and production teams
