Job Description A Telecaller cum Back Office Executive handles both customer communication over phone and office administrative tasks. The role combines telecalling, customer support, data handling, and office coordination. Key Responsibilities Make outbound and receive inbound customer calls Explain products/services to customers Follow up on leads and customer inquiries Maintain customer records and databases Prepare reports, invoices, and documentation Handle email communication and data entry Coordinate with sales and operations teams Resolve basic customer complaints and queries Update CRM or Excel sheets regularly Manage office files and administrative work Required Skills Good communication skills (Hindi/English) Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email) Typing and data entry skills Customer handling ability Multitasking and time management Professional phone etiquette Qualification 12th Pass / Graduate Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Basic computer certification is often preferred Working Hours Usually 9 AM to 6 PM May include target-based telecalling work Salary Range (India) Fresher: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month Experienced: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000+ per month (Salary depends on company, city, and experience.)
