We are looking for a creative, organized, and reliable Digital Marketing & Admin Coordinator to manage social media, email marketing, and online administrative tasks for two growing brands: TaskOpus and PrepFrench Classes.
This is a part-time remote role requiring approximately 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating social media content, writing captions, scheduling posts, managing Instagram growth, preparing MailChimp campaigns, communicating with prospects, and supporting general admin work.
The candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks across both brands.
