Role Description

This is a contract-based, remote role for a Senior Strategy Consultant specializing in international expansion within the fashion and textiles sector. The role involves conducting market research and analysis, developing strategic plans, and identifying growth opportunities for Woolgold’s global business. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project initiatives, evaluate business models, and provide insights for entering and thriving in international markets. Effective communication with stakeholders and presenting findings in a clear, actionable manner is critical.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute international expansion strategies for fashion and textile markets.
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insights research.
• Advise on entry strategies for new regions, including distribution channels, partnerships, and market positioning.
• Guide senior management on business model optimization, pricing strategies, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Support international partnerships, collaborations, and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency, brand positioning, and global competitiveness.
• Mentor internal teams on strategic decision-making, market trends, and international best practices.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in the fashion and textile industry, with deep knowledge of global markets.
• Proven expertise in international business strategy, market entry, and growth planning.
• Strong network in fashion, luxury, and textile sectors across international markets.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker capable of influencing executive leadership and driving actionable results.
• MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Strategy, or Textile Management preferred.
