Job Summary: Join our customer’s team as a Financial Data Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategies and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and interpret complex financial data to ensure high-quality annotations and data accuracy. Utilize advanced spreadsheet techniques to organize, validate, and manipulate large datasets. Label, annotate, and categorize financial data, ensuring consistency and precision. Collaborate with data science and product teams to share financial insights. Review and validate financial documents for completeness and compliance with established guidelines. Communicate findings clearly in both written and verbal formats to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Continuously improve annotation processes by identifying opportunities for automation or optimization. Required Skills and Qualifications: 3+ years of professional experience in finance, financial analysis, or a related field. Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Demonstrated experience with financial data annotation or data labeling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a remote team structure. Proven track record of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working in remote or distributed teams. Familiarity with AI training data or machine learning projects. Experience in financial compliance or regulatory environments.
