DigiGrow Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in IT sales, lead generation, and client communication. The ideal candidate should have experience in generating business opportunities for software development and digital services, handling clients professionally, and converting leads into long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new leads for software development and IT services Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for project discussions Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful projects Achieve monthly sales and business development targets Maintain CRM records and sales reports regularly Required Skills & Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in Business Development or IT Sales Proven experience in lead generation for software development or IT services Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong client handling and relationship management abilities Ability to work in a target-driven environment Familiarity with IT services sales processes and business conversion strategies Basic understanding of software development, web development, SEO, or digital marketing services is a plus Preferred Candidate Candidates who can join within a short notice period will be preferred Experience with international clients (UK, USA, Canada, etc.) will be an advantage Benefits Flexible work schedule Hybrid work opportunity Career growth in a fast-growing IT and digital solutions company Supportive and performance-driven work environment
