About The Team

The PS Operations team is a strategic and execution-focused within our Professional Services organization which is responsible for providing day-to-day leadership for a team of PS Operations professionals and driving improvements in PS operations processes. This role will be instrumental in designing and implementing workflows that enhance service delivery,

drive operational efficiency, data quality and scalability. You will work cross-functionally to identify process improvement opportunities, and lead implementation projects for improvement initiatives.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the Professional Services Operations team to ensure high performance, effective resource allocation to support business priorities and project demands, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Analyze current-state processes and design future-state workflows that drive operational efficiency and scalability across PS operations, including developing and maintaining process maps, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
• Manage end-to-end process improvement initiatives from ideation through implementation, including defining scope, timelines, success metrics, and collaborating cross-functionally across PS, Finance, IT, and HR to ensure seamless execution.
• Drive adoption of operations changes through effective change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, training facilitation, and clear communication of goals and outcomes —in collaboration with the Senior Change Manager to align with broader PS transformation initiatives and change management best practices.
• Oversee daily execution of operational processes, including project setup, resource management, subcontracting, time and project health tracking, billing support, and reporting, while ensuring consistent adherence to processes and monitoring SLAs/KPIs to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Drive data-driven decision-making by overseeing the creation and delivery of operational reports and dashboards, defining and monitoring KPIs to measure impact of process changes.
• Deliver actionable insights to leadership and continuously evaluate performance to identify improvement opportunities.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years in business process improvement, operations management, or program/project management within a professional services or consulting environment, delivering measurable process improvements, with at least 2 years of people management experience.
• Strong proficiency in process mapping tools and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma), with ability to design future-state end-to-end cross-functional business processes and document SOPs and governance frameworks.
• Experience with PSA tools (Salesforce, FinancialForce, Mavenlink, etc.) and reporting platforms (Power BI, Tableau), with ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Excellent people leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills with ability to influence change and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
• Deep understanding of professional services workflows and business models.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in recognized process improvement methodology (Lean, Six Sigma).

Project Management qualification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent)
