Job Description:
- Handle end-to-end Air Export and Air Import shipments.
- Coordinate booking with airlines and secure space as per shipment requirements.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents (AWB, Invoice, Packing List, HAWB/MAWB).
- Ensure compliance with IATA and customs regulations.
- Monitor shipment movement and update customers on status.
- Handle cargo tracking, POD follow-up, and delivery confirmation.
- Coordinate with overseas agents for smooth cargo movement.
- Manage trucking, CHA, and warehouse coordination.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Provide shipment updates and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain daily shipment reports.
- Highlight delays, backlogs, or operational risks in advance.
Job Requirements
Experience And Qualifications
- 2 years of demonstrated experience in in air freight
- Graduate in any stream
- High standard of c omputer literacy with Microsoft Office applications and relevant transport management applications.
