Communications Manage Full Time

We’re looking for a Communications Manager to lead how Nexvea communicates with the world — clients, prospects, and the market at large.

This is a strategic role. You’ll be responsible for shaping and maintaining a consistent brand voice across every touchpoint – from outbound outreach to executive-level client communication.

Key Responsibilities

— Own and manage all external and internal communications

— Develop and execute outbound messaging strategies, including cold email sequences and follow-up frameworks

— Lead content and copy across LinkedIn, pitch decks, proposals, and email campaigns

— Collaborate with the founder and leadership team on brand positioning and messaging

— Maintain consistency in tone, language, and presentation across all channels

— Support business development efforts through high-quality written communication

What We’re Looking For

— 2–4 years of experience in communications, content strategy, or a related role

— Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across formats and audiences

— Prior experience in an agency or B2B environment preferred

— Detail-oriented, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple priorities

— Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
