Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Operations & Logistics professional.Take orders from customers via phone & WhatsApp.Manage orders from Pet Pooja, Shopify & direct channels.Coordinate with kitchen team and delivery partners.Track deliveries and handle customer updates.Maintain daily order records.

Skills needed

• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills to identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions
• Excellent Communication Skills to coordinate with team members, suppliers, and clients
• Experience in Sales and Operations Management to oversee order fulfillment and improve operational effectiveness
• Project Management Skills to lead initiatives, allocate resources effectively, and manage timelines
• Proficiency with inventory management software and tools is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in logistics, operations, or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, or a related discipline is advantageous
