AI Automation Intern Full Time

IANMAN is a B2B digital marketing company that works with medium and large enterprises across India, the US, and Europe. We combine AI automation with expert-led execution to help businesses generate pipeline through lead generation, personalised outreach, content, SEO, and paid growth. Our internal systems run on AI agents and automation workflows we build ourselves.

We are now looking for an AI Automation Intern to join our team in Pune.

About the Role

You will work directly with our core team to build and maintain automation systems that run real business operations across the company. This is not a research or shadow role. You will own what you build, from understanding the problem all the way to shipping it and keeping it running.

The scope covers everything from internal operations like HR and finance to outbound sales workflows, lead research agents, and personalised outreach sequences.

Responsibilities

• Design and build automation workflows in n8n that replace manual work across different functions of the business
• Build AI agents that can research, personalise, and take actions with minimal human involvement
• Set up RAG pipelines including chunking, embedding, and vector retrieval to power context-aware systems
• Connect third-party APIs and handle authentication, data transformation, error handling, and edge cases
• Identify where manual and repetitive work exists across the company and propose solutions
• Monitor live workflows, catch failures early, and improve reliability over time
• Write documentation including SOPs and process notes so others can understand and maintain what you build

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with n8n, building workflows that actually run in production
• Strong understanding of how LLMs work and where they fail (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini)
• Good knowledge of RAG: chunking strategies, embedding models, vector search, and tools like Pinecone
• Solid API knowledge: REST, webhooks, OAuth, rate limits, pagination, and data handling
• Experience integrating multiple tools and managing what happens when data does not come in clean
• Prompt engineering skills: writing system prompts, getting structured outputs, and handling inconsistent model behaviour
• Ability to write clear documentation that someone else can follow and maintain

Good to Have

• Experience building multi-step AI agents with memory and tool-calling
• Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript
• GitHub experience: version control, branching, clean commit history
• Basic frontend skills to build a simple UI and connect it to a backend or webhook
