Role Overview: We’re looking for a detail-oriented experienced Mortgage Execuitve to support Australian brokers withend to-end loan application management. You’ll play a key role in ensuring fast, accurate,and compliant processing while delivering a seamless client experience

Requirements:

• 3+ year’s experience in Australian mortgage broking support
• Australian Mortgage Experience is a must
• Strong knowledge of lending policies
• Experience with loan packaging and credit processes
• Good financial analysis skills (PAYG & self-employed)
• Proficiency in CRM system (Infynity preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Australian mortgage aggregators (e.g. Connective) andbroker platforms/CRMs such as Mercury Nexus
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English (additional languages like Hindi/Gujarati a plus)

Key Responsibilities:‍

• Process loan applications from submission to approval
• Conduct client interviews and gather financial information
• Complete Fact Finds, servicing calculations, and pricing comparisons
• Research lender policies and identify suitable loan options
• Prepare and package compliant loan applications
• Maintain CRM (Infynity, Mercury, AFG) and complete BID documents
• Liaise with lenders, BDMs, and stakeholders to progress applications
• Resolve application issues and ensure timely approvals
• Provide admin support (calls, scheduling, reports, valuations)
• Communicate effectively with clients, brokers, and banks

Work Mode & Hours:

• In-office (Ahmedabad) for local candidates; remote for those based outside
• Working hours aligned to AEST, Monday to Friday
